Brooklyn is now a proud pet owner! Today she bought a Beta Fish that she named "Squiggly". She's seriously so excited about it! The only problem is that she thinks that all fish sprout legs and become frogs. (She saw a Winney the Pooh episode where piglet had a tadpole that he thought was a fish and it sprouted legs and became a frog, so now she thinks that all fish sprout legs and become frogs.) She told mommy as soon as she got home that she'd keep a close eye on Squiggly and would let us know if he sprouts legs.
She's honestly been adorable with him so far and has spent most of the night tonight on a stool looking at him. She even had daddy sing her and him a bedtime song.

She is so adorable! I used to catch tadpoles when I was a kid and loved to watch them change. It was great. They do sell little frogs at the fish stores. We had some and I used to sit and watch them (I was a newlywed and didn't have kids). They were great fun :)
